Agreements by regional health authority

37
A regional health authority may enter into, and amend, an agreement for the purposes of this Act and the regulations with
(
a
)
the provincial government or an agency or body under the jurisdiction of the government,
(
b
)
the government of Canada or of another province, territory or jurisdiction,
(
c
)
a department, agency or body under the jurisdiction of the government of Canada or of another province, territory or jurisdiction,
(
d
)
a band council as defined in the
Indian Act
(Canada),
(
e
)
a regional health authority,
(
f
)
a local government, or
(
g
)
any other person or group of persons.
